The NFL salary cap for the 2026 season is about $301.2 million per team. The teams with the most projected cap space are the Tennessee Titans, Washington Commanders, Las Vegas Raiders, New York Jets, and Los Angeles Chargers. Each team is expected to have about $70 to $95 million available. The Seattle Seahawks, Cincinnati Bengals, New England Patriots, and Pittsburgh Steelers are in the middle of the pack and have some flexibility. The Detroit Lions and a few other teams that are in the running are closer to the cap limit. Exact numbers can change quickly when teams make changes, let players go, or sign free agents.
